REDEMPTION PERIOD EXTENDED TO FEB 28th 2012

We are extending the redemption period for a second time as there are still may people who have not redeemed their voucher and we do not wish them to lose out. The redemption terms are unchanged except on Weekends and Bank Holidays when the offer is valid from 1.30pm (instead of 3.00pm previously) but this is for 9 holes only or as many holes as you can fit in before it gets dark !

How to Redeem Your Green Fee / Range & Food Voucher

To redeem your offer simply scroll down this page and follow the 9 Steps below to book your tee off date and time through our 24/7 online tee time booking service. Please note Weekday Tee times can be booked upto 14 days in advance and Weekend times upto 7 days in advance. You may want to print this page and have it at hand as you complete the online booking process. It is a simple process and should take no more than 2 minutes. The most important step is to enter your Groupon Voucher Code and Groupon Security code in the right fields of the Personal Details form. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THESE ARE CORRECT BEFORE YOU SUBMIT. At the end of the process you will be asked to confirm your booking and supply your Credit Card details. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AS YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID BUT DETAILS ARE SIMPLY HELD AS INSURANCE AGAINST NON CANCELLATION.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

• The Groupon redemption period runs from 12th April 2011 until 28th Feb 2012 and all rounds must be played within this period.

• Your Groupon Offer is Valid all day Mon-Fri and from 3.00pm (from October 12th after 1.30pm) on Weekends or Bank Holidays so please do not select a time for your Round of golf that is before 3pm (from October 12th after 1.30pm) on a Weekend or Bank Holiday.

• In Step 4 please select "GOLF ONLY" tee times and NOT "GOLF & BUGGY" tee times. If you wish to take a buggy this can be purchased for HALF PRICE on the day subject to availability.

• Midweek Tee Times can only be reserved up to 14 days in advance.

• Weekend Tee Times can only be reserved upto 7 days in advance.

• If you wish to book a 4 ball game with someone else who has also purchased a Groupon then please select "4 Ball" in Step 4 below and remember to state both Security Codes in the "any other requirements box" in Step 7 and in Step 8 state the first Voucher Code in the "Player 2 " field and the second Voucher Code in the "Player 3" field.

• If you wish to add a friend or two to your tee time to make a 3 or 4 ball game and they do not have a Groupon then please select a "3 Ball" or "4 Ball" in Step 4 below and add their names in the Player 3 and Player 4 fields in Step 8. Your friends will be charged the additional player(s) rate as shown in Step 4.

• Please ignore the prices shown in Step 4 except in the case you are adding a friend to your tee time as stated above. These prices relate to non Groupon customers

• NO MONEY WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD AS YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR YOUR GROUPON- We hold your credit card details securely only as insurance against a NO SHOW and NON CANCELLATION.

ON THE DAY

When you arrive at the Club please go to the Green Fee ticket office and check in. Please remember to have your confirmation email with you with your Printed Groupon Voucher. At check in you will be given a Voucher for your FREE Warm up Bucket of Range Balls and FREE Lunch or Breakfast. You will also be given your GROUPON Loyalty Card entitling you to 6 Midweek return visits at progressively lower prices throughout the year.

Lunch is Served between 11am and 4 pm and Breakfast from 8 am so please make sure you allow sufficient time to order and eat before or after your Tee time.

CANCELLATION - If you wish to cancel your tee time because your plans change or the weather forecast is bad you may do so online without penalty provided you give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Simply Click on the Cancel Tee Time button in the booking engine ( shown in Step 2 below ) and follow the instructions. When you are ready to rebook simply rebook for another day using the same process below. Please note in the event of a NO SHOW for your tee time and if you have not cancelled your tee booking online giving at least 24 hours notice your Groupon will no longer be valid. Cancellations by telephone or within 24 hours of your tee time are NOT acceptable. However if the Head Greenkeeper has closed the Course for play for safety reasons or due to lightening or flooding then all Groupon customers affected may rebook without penalty.
